Supagas Takes Over Kleenheat's LPG Distribution Operations in WA and NT

Supagas Pty Limited, a prominent national supplier of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG), industrial, medical, specialty, and helium gases in Australia, has finalized an agreement to acquire Kleenheat Gas' LPG distribution business from Wesfarmers. This acquisition encompasses Kleenheat's entire LPG branch network in Western Australia and the Northern Territory, as well as its LPG import facilities in the Northern Territory. Kleenheat will retain ownership of the LPG production facility (KPF), and its natural gas and electricity businesses are not part of this deal.

This acquisition is pending clearance from the ACCC, which is anticipated to be finalized soon.
